Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I’m Susan Sayler, LPC—Colorado native, empath, Enneagram 9w1, and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (in training).
I’m trained in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (Intermediate), and trauma-informed approaches.
I specialize in working with adults who grew up with emotionally immature parents, experience low self-worth, struggle with eating issues, or feel trapped in toxic relationship patterns.
My goal is simple: to help you reconnect with your body, your boundaries, and your sense of self.
