Where do I Begin?

  1. Phone Consultation: Everything begins with a consultation. I will call you and you can ask me all the questions. Let’s see if I might be a good fit for you on your healing journey.

  2. Schedule an Appointment: If we decide to move forward after the phone consultation, we can schedule an initial therapy appointment.

  3. Complete Paperwork: I will send you a link to my online portal so that you can fill out all the paperwork online prior to your appointment. Easy Peasy.

  4. Initial Appointment: At your first appointment, I want to get to know you and what’s been going on in your life and we will figure out a direction together.
